All of our goodies are handmade in small batches with love, which means they take a little time!
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Note: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order! Lipe Luffa Co. is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

🌟 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products (bath, body, and home goodies), we do not accept returns or exchanges for sanitary reasons.

However, if something isn’t quite right with your order, let us know within 5 days of delivery at info@lipeluffaco.com. We want you to love your Lipe Luffa experience, and we’ll do what we can to make it right.

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Stuff happens — and we totally get it. If your items arrive damaged or you received the wrong thing:

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

We wish we could hand-deliver each package with a bow, but sometimes things go missing in the mail. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive your order:

We recommend purchasing Route Package Protection at checkout (if available) to safeguard against mail mishaps.
