Chad’s real job is serving in the U.S. Army, but when he's off duty, he's always looking for ways to "piddle" he is very talented in all things craftsman and he creates all the handcrafted leather pieces for our shop.

Around here, he’s affectionately known as Mr. Lipe Luffa — a title he pretends to protest but secretly enjoys. He jumps in to help when needed, offers steady support, and proudly accepts payment in form of whatever misfit bars we have on hand.

Nash is the brain (and messy hands!) behind Nash’s Nutty Putty — the squishy, stretchy, awesome putty that helps him focus, calm down, and get his big ideas out into the world.

Since putty helps his ADHD brain feel great, he wanted to share it with other kids too — because everyone deserves tools that help them shine.

And Nash isn’t just here to make cool stuff… he’s here to make a difference. He gives 10% of every sale to help build wells in Africa, so kids around the world can have clean water.

She loves making people feel happy, shiny, and fabulous, and she believes there’s no such thing as “too much sparkle.” (We’ve checked. She’s right.)

Shadow is our loyal Golden Retriever and full-time cheer squad. His official duties include supervising soap-making from the comfiest spot in the room, greeting delivery drivers like they’re long-lost best friends, and reminding everyone that snack breaks are essential to productivity.

He specializes in tail wags, morale boosting, and quality-control sniffs (very professional). Shadow also takes his role as Chief Happiness Officer seriously — because every good day starts with love, sunshine, and a little golden fluff.
